Privacy Policy

亲声讲 (mamatale) is a children's story audio app. This policy explains how we handle account data, story usage, voice samples, and generated audio.

Information We Collect

We collect account identifiers from Sign in with Apple, optional display names, uploaded voice samples, selected stories and chapters, generated audio job records, and technical logs needed to run the service.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate users, store long-term voice profiles, generate chapter narration, deliver audio files, troubleshoot service failures, and protect the app from abuse.

Voice Samples and Model Providers

Voice samples and chapter text may be sent to model providers only to enroll a voice profile or generate narrated audio requested by the user. We do not sell voice samples. We do not use uploaded voices for advertising.

Data Retention

Voice profiles and generated audio are retained until the user deletes them or requests account deletion. Operational logs are retained for a limited period for security and reliability.

Children's Privacy

亲声讲 (mamatale) is designed for family use under a parent or guardian account. The app does not request a child's name, precise location, or direct contact information.

Delete Account Instructions

Users can delete their account in the app from ME > Settings > Delete Account. This deletes account records, voice samples, generated audio jobs, and generated audio files associated with the account unless retention is required for security or legal reasons. Users can also contact [email protected] from the email associated with the account for deletion support.
